So how do you feel the SEC should react to Brandon Spikes going after the eyes of a Georgia player?

How do you think the conference actually will react to it?

Wow.. I had no idea about that, but Florida is no different than Auburn when it comes to dirty play, Pat Dye and Tommy T. probably did some consultant work for Urban. From my understanding, anyone can call the SEC office and make complaints (unless that's BS? I heard Shane from CP on Finebaum does it on a regular basis so I don't know how legit that is). I think I'll email this to Finebaum and see if he brings this up on his show. Great job on pointing this out!!

As a tid bit on the Kiffin crew's comments on our game, what favorable calls??? I mean seriously and I am trying not to be a homer here but Florida has gotten away with bloody murder and this clip will only solidifies it if nothing is done. My personal opinion is that there is some type of bias going on with Florida and Texas being the focus of attention. As Bama fans, we ought to know that deep down inside, the outside world (media) really does not like us, however I think Coach Saban has helped alleviate some of that if not a lot. However, I believe there is an agenda on the tables of the SEC and Big 12 and I think the calls on the field have given some hint to that. Florida's goes without saying unless you have been living under a rock and Texas, well the obvious "strip" last night that would have OK. St back in business inside Tx's 20 which would have made it 17-14 and I don't have the exact incidents, but I believe there were some in the OU game as well. It's just some things to think about b/c the world is not perfect, especially when big money is involved (Texas #1 in merchandise sales and Tebow goes without saying).

Great blog site guys, I plan on linking this in al.com's forum for the Tide which really sux right now (if you've posted on there, you'll know what I am talking about).

RTR!!!

I remember hearing that NFL players would rub dirt on the foreheads of opponents while in a pileup. The idea was they sweat and get dirt in their eyes. That said Spikes should be suspended.

Meyers statement make things a lot worse. If it was a retaliation that's worse. That makes it premeditated. He thought to himself "I'm going to try and blind this guy on the next play." That's assault brother.

Also does that count as questioning the officials by calling it a dirty game?
