Well, we're less than two weeks out. That means it's time for the preseason BlogPoll.
The poll this year moves to SB Nation, and we're proud to be participating once again. The ballot doesn't start with any surprises. Alabama #1, Ohio State #2. We differ from the major polls in a few ways though, which we'll explain after the jump

Georgia, you'll notice, cruises into the top 10. As does North Carolina. We like defense, and both these teams are stacked there. Also, although he may be under some "hot seat" pressure, the expectations are relatively low at Georgia this year, and that's when Richt seems to succeed.
We'll know if we're right about teams like LSU, North Carolina, Boise State and Virginia Tech pretty quickly. Expect their rankings to move mightily as they have early season tests (against each other).
Other than that, we really like Washington, and are fearful that Auburn will be pretty darned good. Put your comments below, and if they're quick, we could change the poll.
