In retrospect, I had Tech and Utah a bit too high. I considered Auburn for the last spot there, but I think that based on offense alone, I've been more impressed with Arkansas - Georgia is way better than West Virginia, and Arkansas, while losing, looked great (offensively). I can be persuaded otherwise, but for now, I'm leaving it like that (seriously, convince me I'm crazy).
Oh, the top of the poll, you ask? Well, Alabama is playing better than anyone else in the country right now. Texas floundered a bit against a pesky Texas Tech, and Florida barely beat a Tennessee team that didn't try to win.That win against Virginia Tech is still the best any top 10 team can claim, and the Tide has not not let up since then. Depending on how the defense looks this weekend against Arkansas, this could be a short-lived stay for Bama, but we'll see...
