No real commentary here, except to say I've juggled Texas and Florida. A huge rival - Oklahoma - at a neutral site is still better than Arkansas at home, even if Oklahoma has 3 wins against nobody and has lost to every decent team they've played. If Arkansas continues to look better, then we'll slide Florida back up to #2. We'll see.

Dropped Out: Ohio State (#9), Nebraska (#15), Oklahoma (#17), South Florida (#19).
Dear Ohio State: beat somebody good. South Carolina doesn't drop much, and I continue my hypocrisy regarding Arkansas and Oklahoma by placing Arkansas last here. It's more of a placeholder than anything else. We'll see what they do in the near future.
