Dropped Out: West Virginia (#8), Oregon State (#23), South Carolina (#24).
I'm looking a bit like an SEC homer, but they've been most impressive so far. If USC destroys Ohio State like I expect on Saturday, there will be a shake-up.
Well, West Virginia sucks, and we knew that about Oregon State last week (at least most everyone did). South Carolina has been exposed by Vanderbilt as well.
Wake looked pretty darned good against Ole Miss, and Ole Miss looked pretty good in their own right. Both the Rebels and Vanderbilt are on the cusp of being in the poll.
BYU plummets based on their sub-par performance versus Washington. Clemson is borderline on their ho-hum Citadel performance.
Give me your thougts, corrections, words of sage wisdom, etc. in the comments.
