There's a new service fo Tide fans to use from AT&T. Apparently, you sign up and there will be text updates for all manner of sports delivered to your AT&T phone.
To get the alerts, text "Tide" to 72645 and you'll be in.
I've signed up, and apparently, before that moment, I wasn't a "true Tide fan". The image to the right is the text conversation (my text in the green bubble). When this thing starts to light up with Alabama news and alerts, I'll let you know.
Until then, I have no idea what I've just signed up for.
