With Hurricane Ike barreling towards the Texas coast with an expected weekend land fall, the game scheduled for this Saturday between the University of Texas and Arkansas has been
rescheduled for September 27.
What does this have to do with Alabama? The Tide matches up with the Razorbacks a week from Saturday in Fayetteville. Instead of a certain butt whipping at the hands of Texas, Bobby Petrino and his Hogs will have a few extra days to gear up for Alabama.
It's certainly understandable that the game would be rescheduled, and hopefully the folks from Texas have gotten clear of the storm.
