We've been sitting tight, waiting on more confirmation from anywhere, but the innerwebs' rumor mills are cranking out persistent speculation in
more and
more places that Ole Miss star DE Greg Hardy may be gone from the team. You may remember Hardy as the guy who made JPW run for his life for 60 minutes last year in Oxford.
First, he took the second half of the South Carolina game off -
drawing Tracy Rocker's ire. Former Auburn standout Rocker is now Ole Miss's defensive line coach. Now, word is that he may have been asked to leave the team - possibly even in Survivor, vote him off the island style.
This would be huge. Hardy is one of the elite ends in the SEC, and his absence (opposite Drew Davis) next weekend would be a huge load off our collective minds...
