Congratulations to
Michael Thompson of Bama's Golf team - he was the low amateur in this weekend's U.S. Open. He shot an 8 over 292 for the week, besting Rickie Fowler (+13) and Derek Fathauer (+15) to be the tournament's lowest amateur. It's a great endorsement of not only Michael's skill, but also the program Coach Jay Seawell has built. Congratulations Michael and Coach Seawell!
