Saban said linebacker Prince Hall "will be have some kind of suspension he'll be facing when the season begins." That's not entirely unexpected. Hall has been in the doghouse since spring practice. But Saban said there is a chance Hall makes it back on the team: "He's still got to do everything he's supposed to do," he said. "If he does everything he's supposed to do before we get to camp, he may have an opportunity to be a part of the team."Interesting stuff, indeed. I was one of many who assumed that Prince was a definite goner. Turns out nothing is definite. The shame of this is that if he is back, he'll likely miss the Clemson game, which is when he would likely be needed the most: early in the season. More as this develops.
