Phil Fulmer was served with a subpoena in the Wendell Smith case this morning on his way into Media Days at the Wynfrey Hotel. He's scheduled to appear in Birmingham on September 25.
UPDATE: Now Fulmer is denying the claim. The Birmingham News sure had a lot of information about a subpoena that didn't exist.
