Nick Saban took a load off of our minds this afternoon in the Big Easy about the Andre Smith suspension:

This is an institutional matter. It's not an NCAA matter, which has been verified by the NCAA. So anybody that's out there worried about that doesn't need to really think too much about it.

This means there will be no staring down any barrels of guns anytime soon (at least on this issue). It may also mean that something else is rotten about the "improper contact with an agent" story; that would be an NCAA issue. Unless coach just means we've handed it to the NCAA's satisfaction. There's at least a 50% chance we'll never know for sure.
